Delivery & Returns
Foulkes Electrical deliver to selected UK locations within a 15 mile radius of CM9 5ET. Where a customer resides outside of this postcode radius we recommend contacting the store on 01621 853148 or emai sales@foulkeselectrical.co.ukl to discuss the delivery options.
We will deliver any item over £100 Free of charge if within 15 miles of our Maldon store. Prices for all goods do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Any return carriage charges will be at the customers cost in the first instance. On inspection, should a product be found to be faulty, then the return carriage costs will be reimbursed. We will gladly exchange products for "non-fault" reasons, but you will be liable for all subsequent carriage charges. All payments must be in UK Sterling.
We can often deliver within 48 hours of purchase, if we have the item(s) in stock. If we have to order your goods in for you from the manufacturer(s), we will usually be able to deliver within a window of 3-5 working days. Foulkes Electrical will contact all customers immediately after a sale has been made to confirm the delivery details. If an item is out of stock with the manufacturer we will regularly contact the supplier for production and delivery information and keep you updated.
