Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line store, and when you have decided just telephone or email us and we will discuss delivery and payment details for us to fulfil your order. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We only accept orders from, and delivery to, UK card holders. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail. Payment is required before delivery.

Shipping And Handling Currently, we only accept orders for the United Kingdom. Deliveries within the Essex postal address attract a charge of £9.95 for a delivery, but this is FREE if the order value exceeds £250.00 Deliveries outside of Essex are charged at £50.00 regardless of the total order value.

Delivery Schedule We endeavour to fulfil UK orders within 7 working days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by telephone or email.

Back Orders All products are subject to availabilty. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative model or a later delivery date, however you will have the option to cancel your order.
